AnimationAnimation for elementary and high school classes is a collaboration between Inner-City Arts and the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) through the Community Arts Partnership. The student's creativity is expressed through many different techniques, including basic animation, zoetropes, flipbooks, hand and puppet animation, drawing on film and optical printing. Each class creates a collaborative animated film, which is screened at culminating festivals taking place at Inner-City Arts, at their school, CalArts and other venues. Classes are free! |
