Madeleine St. John
Volunteer Manager

As the Inner-City Arts Volunteer Coordinator, Madeleine St. John is responsible for engaging individuals and groups to provide vital volunteer support across all programs and departments. With a work history that spans global development, education administration, museum visitor services, and intercultural consulting, arts education is a natural confluence of her professional pursuits. Most recently, Madeleine served as Development Strategist and Consultant to a start-up intercultural consulting firm, where she designed and executed strategies surrounding company marketing, client retention, and service expansion. She began her career with relief and development organization, World Vision, providing data management and communications support to the corporate engagement and major gifts department. Madeleine holds a BA in Communication Studies, with a minor in Spanish, from Biola University, where she also graduated from great books program, Torrey Honors Institute. She continues her education and professional development today as an Arts for LA ACTIVATE Fellow.
