In preparation for our much-anticipated
campus expansion, we are unable to accept any future bookings for

As an event space, Inner-City Arts is one of Los Angeles’ best kept secrets. The innovative architectural design of Michael Maltzan makes Inner-City Arts, located in the industrial district of downtown Los Angeles, the perfect setting for seminars, meetings, cocktail receptions and special events.
Inner-City Arts’ 16,000-square-foot Performing Arts Complex, is a beautifully renovated auto body shop. The most popular room is the flex space. This room has vaulted ceilings and bright skylights that bring in plenty of natural light. An entire wall of glass doors opens onto our courtyard -- just the place for guests to mingle and get some fresh air. The courtyard features large palm trees, a mosaic wall and fountain created by our students. It’s also the perfect place for outdoor dining and plenty of space for a live band to serenade your guests from.
Flex Space Capacity: 150 (2,200 square feet)
Courtyard Capacity: 200 (3,500 square feet)
Visual Arts Library Capacity: 20 (400 square feet)
Visual Arts Gallery Capacity: 25 (400 square feet)

Use of Inner-City Arts’ campus for special events must be consistent with Inner-City Arts’ educational purposes. We ask that precedence be given to regularly scheduled programs and events offered by Inner-City Arts as well as events planned for the benefit of Inner-City Arts’ staff and students.
A special events coordinator for Inner-City Arts can discuss event suitability, space availability and fees. Viewing the facility is available by appointment, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Amplified music allowed but there are limits on volume, hours of play, etc. |

Wheelchair accessible. Facility meets all ADA code requirements. |

Both you and/or your caterer are responsible for cleanup. |
| Smoking: | Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. |
| Security: | For any evening event, security is required to ensure the safety of your guests, staff, equipment and valuables. Inner-City Arts will not be held liable. Please take all necessary precautions. |

| Parking: |
Small lot. Valet service is required for an event of 20 guests or more. If a valet parking service is used, the name of the company along with its insurance liability carrier and bonding service must be provided to Inner-City Arts. Should the Client decide to use a valet parking service, hiring security is strongly recommended. Parking is available on Kohler Street and Merchant Street, However, Inner-City Arts is not responsible for the availability of street parking. |
