Ed Moses, though consistently working as a painter over the last five decades, has never limited himself in terms of style. In the process he has created a diverse body of predominantly abstract art that has remained true to his personal trajectory while being consistently in touch with the times. His work is included in many public collections, including those of the Museum of Modern Art, New York and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles.

The Larger Picture

The purpose of arts education is not to produce more artists, though that is a byproduct. The real purpose of arts education is to create complete human beings capable of leading success-ful and productive lives in a free society."
